Order Fulfilment

We ship worldwide! Your order will be shipped out of our warehouse in Beirut, Lebanon. Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays. If your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll process your order on the following working day.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).

Orders may not ship within 3 days due to lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.

Delivery Costs will be automatically calculated in your shopping basket, after you enter your address.

Local delivery time (Lebanon)

Local delivery takes around 1-3 business days with cash on delivery option available. We work with the best delivery partners to provide the best and fastest possible service.

International Shipping

We work with DHL for delivery of orders all around the world. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail and a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking code to follow your package. All our products ship from Lebanon to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location. Additional shipping fees may apply when shipping outside Lebanon.

Please note that any import duties or taxes associated with an international order would be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Our products can be returned within 7 days after receiving your package. The product(s) should be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

We will refund you the cost of your items in full minus shipping and return costs (duties and taxes). Our team will check the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at www.onelast.one. We will refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For local purchases made with cash on delivery, only store credit will be refunded, minus local shipping ($6.67). Cash return is not possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. Order that are returned because of an invalid address can be reshipped at your expense.

Please note we process orders quickly. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number and nature of the issue. For damages, please attach a photo. 

How to make a return

We really hope you’re 100% happy with your purchase but we understand that there may be occasions where a return is needed. If you’d like to return a product, just follow these simple steps:

  • Please email [email protected] explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number.
  • After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the product(s) and we’ll confirm the below return address.

  • Upon receipt of your product(s), we will check the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. We will refund your credit card or issue store credits within 30 days. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at www.onelast.one.
